Meet Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren - I've been a licensed esthetician since I was 19 years old, and a health and wellness enthusiast for the past few years. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness, from the food we eat to the thoughts we think, I believe it is all intertwined and there are no independent variables.

Along with my passion for health, skin, and wellness, I am also hugely passionate about animals and the environment. So much so, that I have a BA in Geography and Environmental Studies from UCLA (Go Bruins!). I carry this passion and awareness into every aspect of my life.
